Pricing

All our prints are sold excluding mounts or frames and are dispatched in a very robust tube wrapped with great care to ensure its complete protection whilst in transit.

Postage and packing is included in the price of the print worldwide.

We can only accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta or by U.K. cheque made payable to SAPIart.

For orders delivered outside the U.K. there may be customs or import duties to be paid on arrival to your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices are shown in U.K. Sterling. Exchange rates charged by your card company may vary from our own rates which should be used as a guide only.

Privacy

The information that we require to sell you your print is treated with the utmost care to protect your privacy.

No information is used other than to ensure your print is delivered to you safely as in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.

None of your details are passed on to a third party.

Delivery of your print

We endeavour to dispatch your print within seven working days of receiving your order. If you pay by cheque there will be time required for that cheque to clear through our bank before we dispatch your print to you.

Mailing is via recorded delivery in the U.K. and first class air mail Worldwide.

Return policy of our prints

If in the unlikely event your print does not reach you in perfect condition or that you are not satisfied with it, you can return it to us with the packaging within 14 days either for a full refund or a replacement free of any additional charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Copyright protected

All company logos and trademarks are the sole property of their respective owner. Our prints are no way endorsed by whatever company that may appear in the image of our prints. Copy right of all prints, illustrations, titles and text are the property of either the artist, SAPI Art Publications© or Magnus©. All unlawful reproduction of our copyright material will be prosecuted.
